Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bookkeeper / Office Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for someone who has strong experience with QuickBooks Desktop, accounts payable, HR support, and general office administration. The right candidate will be organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a variety of responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment. Bilingual Spanish is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks Desktop
• Process, review, and support accounts payable activities
• Assist with accounts receivable and general bookkeeping functions
• Perform bank reconciliations and account reconciliations
• Print checks for accounts payable; final check-signing authority remains with management
• Support HR-related administrative tasks
• Assist with general office administration and daily operational needs
• Help maintain organized and accurate financial and office records
• Work with management and outside accounting support as needed

Qualifications

• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop
• Background in accounts payable, bookkeeping, and general accounting support
• Experience with HR support and office administration
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Strong communication skills
• Bilingual Spanish preferred
