Regular team meetings and supervision sessions will be conducted via teleconference to ensure open communication and professional development.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with essential responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' mental health, including developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Providing therapeutic interventions for individuals experiencing a variety of mental health disorders including, but not limited to, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Regularly meeting with clients to evaluate their progress and make necessary adjustments to their treatment plans to enhance effectiveness.

• Employing crisis intervention skills to manage acute mental health situations that may arise during sessions.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to facilitate comprehensive care pathways for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients, including adults facing mental health challenges ranging from mild anxiety to severe mood disorders and substance abuse issues. This role requires a culturally sensitive approach, allowing you to connect effectively with clients from various backgrounds. You will provide both individual and group therapy sessions that focus on skill-building, emotional regulation, and coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Washington State.
\n
• A minimum of two years of related experience in mental health counseling.
\n
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methods.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and maintain accurate records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
