Job Description

An employer is looking for a Recruiter to sit in Seattle, Wa. This person will be focused on securing top leadership talent for Amazon's global operations network. You'll drive end-to-end recruitment for senior positions including Operations Managers, Safety Managers, and Maintenance Managers across our fulfillment centers, distribution centers, and delivery stations.\n\nFull Lifecycle Responsibilities:\nSourcing and Pipeline Building\n•\tDevelop innovative sourcing strategies\n•\tExecute direct outreach campaigns\n•\tBuild and maintain talent pools\n•\tNetwork at industry events and job fairs\n•\tLeverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms\nCandidate Management\n•\tScreen and evaluate candidates\n•\tConduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews\n•\tGuide candidates through complex interview processes\n•\tManage offer negotiations\n•\tDrive successful candidate closing\n•\tEnsure smooth onboarding transitions\nStakeholder Partnership\n•\tPartner with hiring managers to define role requirements\n•\tProvide regular updates to leadership\n•\tManage interview panels and feedback collection\n•\tDrive hiring decisions through data-based recommendations\n•\tConduct intake meetings and calibrations\nProcess Management\n•\tSchedule and coordinate interview loops\n•\tMaintain accurate ATS data\n•\tTrack metrics and provide weekly reporting\nThis role requires exceptional relationship building, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high quality standards.
