Facilities Supervisor

We are looking for a dependable and versatile Facilities Supervisor to help maintain a one-of-a-kind commercial facility located within a cave. This position offers hands‑on work across a variety of general building maintenance and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities Perform routine and emergency maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, and general repairs. Inspect facility areas, identify issues, and resolve problems promptly. Maintain clean, safe, and functional spaces throughout the facility. Assist with equipment moves or other physical tasks as needed. Coordinate with external vendors or service providers when necessary. Conduct regular walkthroughs to spot safety concerns or maintenance needs. Repair and service lighting, electrical outlets, switches, and low‑voltage systems. Install or fix fixtures, shelving, signage, and minor equipment. Track maintenance activities and materials used. Follow safety protocols and company policies on all tasks. Qualifications Hands‑on experience in general maintenance or handyman work (commercial experience a plus). Skilled in the use of tools and basic electrical and plumbing work. Comfortable working in enclosed, damp, or unconventional environments. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage tasks independently. Physically able to lift, climb, crawl, and navigate confined or uneven areas. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. OSHA10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain). Preferred Characteristics Dependable, professional, and safety‑focused.
