Reporting to the Regional Facilities Manager, this role serves as a key operational lead for maintenance activities, vendor coordination, and client support. You will oversee daily operations for a team of maintenance technicians, help ensure facilities operate efficiently and safely, and contribute to service excellence through proactive maintenance planning, strong stakeholder communication, and responsive issue resolution. This position requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge of building systems, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Approximately 20% regional travel is required to support site operations and maintain consistent service delivery standards across the portfolio.What your day-to-day will look like:Coordinate daily activities, schedules, and work assignments for maintenance technicians across multiple facilitiesConduct regular site inspections to assess facility conditions, identify maintenance needs, and support compliance with safety standardsOversee preventive maintenance programs, work order management, and corrective maintenance activities to support operational efficiencyServe as a primary liaison for vendors and service providers, ensuring work is completed according to scope, quality, and contract expectationsPartner with the client and internal stakeholders to respond to service requests, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong working relationshipsSupport budget tracking, invoice review, and operational reporting while identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsRespond to urgent facility issues and coordinate resources to ensure timely and safe resolution of operational disruptionsRequired Qualifications:3–5 years of facilities management or building operations experience in industrial, commercial, or government environmentsExperience supervising maintenance teams or coordinating work across multiple locationsWorking knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and life safety systemsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced operational settingProficiency with CMMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite applicationsValid driver's license and willingness to travel approximately 20% throughout the assigned territoryHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fieldIndustry certifications such as Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Facilities Management Professional (FMP), or similar credentialsExperience supporting government contracts or public sector facilities operationsFamiliarity with industrial, warehouse, or specialized operational environmentsKnowledge of OSHA standards, building codes, and environmental compliance requirementsExperience supporting budgets, financial reporting, and capital planning activitiesStrong communication and relationship management skills with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teamsLocation: Mead, WAWork Shift: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:00 PMSalary: $ 35.43 - $ 46.61This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
