Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to understand clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and needs, ensuring personalized care from the outset.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans informed by assessment results and aligned with the client's personal goals, making adjustments as needed based on ongoing evaluations.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to address specific client challenges.

• Monitor and document clients' progress throughout the therapeutic process to evaluate the efficacy of treatment plans and make necessary modifications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure integrated, comprehensive care that meets all aspects of clients’ needs.
