Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gather detailed insights into clients’ mental health issues, which inform the development of bespoke treatment plans.

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s goals. Techniques may involve cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Offer teletherapy options, accommodating clients who may prefer virtual sessions or face accessibility challenges, ensuring that support is readily available to them.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license from the state of Washington as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Ability to demonstrate empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude while addressing clients’ individual experiences.
