The position is remote, utilizing telehealth technologies to ensure that clients receive timely and effective support from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical support to clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders, assessing their individual needs through a combination of telehealth visits and community engagement.

• Create and implement comprehensive care plans, ensuring coordination and effective communication among clients, their families, and other healthcare providers.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to address the unique challenges faced by your caseload.

• Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to formulate appropriate treatment strategies based on clients' presenting issues.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessments and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure targeted outcomes.

• Engage in crisis intervention, leveraging your skills to assist clients during critical times and ensuring they are supported effectively.
