Transformative Housing-First Case Manager

Hope the Mission

Hope the Mission is seeking a Housing Focused Case Manager in Los Angeles to provide individualized case management for participants in interim housing programs. The role involves rapid housing placement and ongoing support using harm-reduction and trauma-informed approaches. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and at least one year of experience in homeless services. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential, and familiarity with HMIS is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hope the Mission
