Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and cancellations with accuracy and efficiency. Assist clients in understanding their coverage options and policy details. Process payments and manage billing inquiries. Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system. Address and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Requirements Valid Property & Casualty License (Required) Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software. Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
