Job Overview A law firm seeks an experienced Employment Law Senior Attorney in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have over eight years of experience in the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) and a strong background in employment litigation and defense. Duties Manage and oversee PAGA claims, including strategic development and legal filings. Provide counsel on compliance with California labor laws and conduct audits. Foster and expand client relationships and identify business development opportunities. Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and staff, ensuring high-quality work. Requirements 8+ years of experience in PAGA and employment litigation. Jury trial or civil court trial experience preferred. Experience with public entity defense is a plus. Education Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees. Certifications Member, State Bar of California in good standing. Skills Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
