Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and training to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, developing accurate diagnoses tailored to each patient's situation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on patients in our hospice care program, who require compassionate support as they navigate complex emotional and psychological challenges. You will engage with individuals facing terminal illnesses, providing them and their families with the necessary resources, guidance, and care tailored to enhance their quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted LCSW license to practice independently in the State of California.

• A minimum of one year of experience working as an independently licensed social worker or therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
