Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education, training, and clinical experience to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and formulate independent diagnoses for patients seeking mental health therapy.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, ensuring a patient-centered approach that empowers individuals in their therapeutic journey.

• Provide evidence-based behavioral interventions, such as solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and behavioral activation, to help patients achieve their mental health goals.

• Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team, including primary care providers, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, to create a holistic and comprehensive approach to care.

• Systematically track and analyze treatment responses, adjusting interventions as necessary to ensure effective progress towards defined goals, whether monitoring patients in-person or through telehealth services.

• Support the management of psychotropic medication as indicated, focusing on treatment adherence, monitoring side effects, and evaluating the effectiveness of prescribed medications.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Crimson Care Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
