Lead Sourcing Specialist

Driving quality for assigned suppliers, the full-time Lead Sourcing Specialist will implement quality plans, select and qualify suppliers, and manage supplier audits and performance improvements in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Implement and monitor quality plans for assigned suppliers, ensuring compliance and driving improvement initiatives Conduct supplier qualifications, audits, and performance monitoring to assist suppliers in achieving industrial standards Utilize analytical thinking to propose solutions and manage small projects while acting as a resource for less experienced colleagues Required qualifications Advanced experience in Sourcing & Supplier Quality Engineering Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems using technical experience Experience in project management and executing programs Strong understanding of supplier qualification processes and performance metrics
