We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team and manage weekly union and non-union payroll. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive organization that values employee development and offers long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly multi-state payroll for union and non-union employees

• Review and follow up on employee timecards and approvals

• Maintain W-4s and direct deposit information

• Handle certified payroll, prevailing wage, union reporting, and tax compliance

• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries

• Process manual and off-cycle payroll checks when needed

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of payroll experience

• Multi-state payroll processing experience

• Union payroll experience

• Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)

• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail

Preferred:

• Viewpoint software experience

• Construction industry background

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Garden City, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
