Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that incorporate the intersection of psychiatric and medical conditions, understanding how these factors affect patient mental well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes individuals facing co-occurring mental health conditions in conjunction with chronic medical issues, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. You will work with patients who require compassionate guidance and evidence-based interventions to help them navigate their unique challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

• Experience in integrated care settings with an emphasis on addressing the mental health needs of individuals with simultaneous medical conditions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries with patients.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and adept in using various computer applications necessary for documentation and reporting.

• Strong teamwork abilities with a commitment to collaborative care practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably within an integrated care context.

Compensation and Benefits\n
