Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals grappling with a variety of mental health issues, particularly those with co-occurring medical conditions. The therapist will work with diverse age groups and backgrounds, supporting patients in addressing complex challenges through tailored interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with patients presenting with co-occurring medical and mental health needs.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain professional boundaries.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems and basic computer applications.
