Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and determine suitable treatment approaches.

• Design and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique trauma experiences, emphasizing resilience and recovery.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to deliver effective care.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, guiding clients in processing their experiences, developing coping strategies, and finding paths to healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care that addresses all facets of patient well-being.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during critical incidents related to trauma to ensure the safety and emotional security of clients.

• Educate both patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources, empowering them in their healing journey.

• Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
