Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ backgrounds and treatment needs.

• Develop individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and resilience, integrating evidence-based practices.

• Deliver effective therapeutic interventions, utilizing methods such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive patient care, including regular consultations and sharing insights on treatment progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience, particularly within trauma-informed settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
