Position Title: AP Specialist The AP Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the financial operations of a growing real estate management company overseeing a portfolio of multifamily, office and mixed-use properties. This position is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a detail-oriented environment, building vendor relationships and ensuring invoices and payments are processed accurately and efficiently. While the role is heavily focused on accounts payable, there is opportunity to expand into additional accounting responsibilities over time, making it a strong fit for someone seeking long-term stability with room to grow. Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000+ / Year DOE AP Specialist Responsibilities Manage communication with vendors and property managers regarding payment inquiries Perform data entry related to invoices and ensure accuracy Act as a liaison between property management and vendors Verify vendor insurance and compliance Assist with the issuance of 10-99 forms at year-end Support bank reconciliation processes as needed Be open to learning about sales tax compliance AP Specialist Requirements 2-3+ years of accounts payable experience with the ability to work independently and maintain attention to detail Experience in issuing 10-99 forms Proven experience dealing with vendors Bank reconciliation experience is preferred Familiarity with Entrata is preferred A BA degree is preferred Benefits Healthcare coverage with a percentage of costs covered 401(k) plan with a 3% match after a few months of employment 15 days of PTO, negotiable based on experience If you are an AP Specialist looking to take the next step in your career, apply now! #J-18808-Ljbffr
