Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000
Bonus: approx. 20%

The Business Systems Specialist will support and optimize core business applications, including ERP, CRM, and related systems. This role will partner closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity, improve business processes, support end users, and drive system enhancements. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, technology-focused, and passionate about process improvement.



Key Responsibilities - CRM Administrator

• Support administration and maintenance of Rootstock ERP.
• Assist Finance with ERP management, reporting, and system enhancements.
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across business systems and databases.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
• Lead and coordinate system-related projects across multiple departments.
• Perform data entry, system updates, and user administration tasks.
• Troubleshoot software and system issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assist with CRM, content management, e-signature, and lead management platforms.

Qualifications - CRM Administrator

• 1-3 years experience working in a professional business environment, preferred
• New grads acceptable pending degree and certifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field, preferred.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification or Salesforce experience preferred.
• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other business systems.
• Experience with Rootstock or Salesforce is required
• Familiarity with Box, Box Sign, Zuant, or similar platforms, preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to assess complex business challenges and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to support users of varying technical skill levels.
