Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all client enquiries, responding professionally via email, phone, and our support portal. Provide clear and accurate information regarding our company's services and intelligent solutions. Address and resolve client issues efficiently, escalating complex technical problems to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Maintain meticulous and organised records of all client interactions and support cases within our CRM system. Liaise effectively with internal departments, including technical support and sales, to ensure client needs are met promptly. Gather and document client feedback to contribute to the continual improvement of our products and services. Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring new customers feel supported and valued from the outset. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing support role, preferably within the technology or professional services sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of the English language. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a client-centric approach to every task. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. A genuine interest in technology and an aptitude for understanding complex concepts related to AI, Big Data, or business intelligence is highly desirable.
