Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ substance use histories and mental health concerns, ensuring a client-centered approach to treatment.

• Create individualized treatment plans that effectively address clients’ addiction issues while also considering any co-occurring mental health disorders.

• Facilitate impactful individual and group therapy sessions, using a framework of evidence-based techniques such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team, including case managers and healthcare providers, to maintain cohesive and integrated care for clients during their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n
