Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and comfort while providing services. Even though most work occurs in a home office, you will be an integral part of our vibrant community health clinic where you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs, subsequently developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, groups, and families, using a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and holistic care throughout their treatment journey.

• Provide crisis intervention services and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, leveraging your training and empathy to guide them through challenging situations.

• Participate in outreach and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma in the community, enhancing overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or a doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
