Key Responsibilities\n

As a Mental Health Counselor at Balanced Life Therapy, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to the unique needs of your clients.

• Conducting thorough remote assessments to identify clients’ strengths, challenges, and therapy objectives.
\n
• Developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans that reflect best practices and are focused on measurable outcomes.

• Regularly collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and external community partners to ensure cohesive care and support for clients.

• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment interventions, and case management notes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients across the lifespan, from children and adolescents to adults and families. This role places a significant emphasis on culturally competent care, tailored to meet the varied backgrounds and experiences of our clients. As a therapist, you will play a critical role in addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma, with each client's journey guiding your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this pivotal role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, unrestricted license to practice without supervision as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• Professional judgment and the ability to make informed evaluations and treatment recommendations.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and client-centered approach.

• Proficiency in using technology to facilitate virtual therapy sessions and manage electronic documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
