This role offers a flexible remote work setting with the option to manage your schedule between 10 to 40 hours per week. Although the primary work will be conducted remotely, you will also have the opportunity to engage in our outpatient office as needed. Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, allowing you the flexibility to accommodate your personal schedule while fulfilling professional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial comprehensive psychosocial assessments of individuals, families, and groups to determine their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to provide graduate-level social work and counseling interventions, ensuring that patient care is delivered in alignment with assessed needs.

• Maintain clear and constructive communication with interdisciplinary staff members, sharing updates regarding treatment approaches and patient progress through meetings and documentation such as patient rounds.

• Demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in addressing the physical, psychological, social, educational, and safety needs of our diverse clientele, adapting your strategies to best serve each individual.

• Manage a caseload of clients, providing ongoing case management that involves partnership with various community and hospital professionals for holistic support.

• Ensure prompt and ethical completion of all documentation, adhering to department standards while respecting patient confidentiality.

• In addition to core responsibilities, provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapies as appropriate, helping clients develop personalized service plans.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Massachusetts.

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating capacity to work effectively with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
