Human Resources Learning & Development Manager Atlanta, US Remote Full-time $70,000 – $105,000 About Winixx Winixx Inc. is a New York-based technology holding company operating a portfolio of over 30 SaaS platforms across freight, fleet management, financial infrastructure, and market intelligence. Winixx is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, with remote teams operating nationwide. Role Summary The Learning & Development Manager at Winixx designs and delivers the training programs that help our team members grow — from new hire onboarding and sales rep skill-building to manager effectiveness and leadership development. You will build the learning infrastructure that ensures our people are always developing alongside the business. What You'll Do Design and deliver onboarding programs for new hires across all departments and levels Develop role-specific training curricula for carrier acquisition reps, customer support specialists, and fleet sales consultants Build a management development program to strengthen people leadership skills across the organization Identify skill gaps through performance data, manager feedback, and employee surveys Source and manage external training vendors, coaches, and learning platforms Build and maintain a learning management system (LMS) with self-serve training content Develop coaching and mentoring frameworks to support career development at all levels Measure and report on training effectiveness and learning program ROI What We're Looking For 4+ years of learning and development experience in a corporate or startup environment Experience designing training programs for both frontline and professional roles Strong instructional design skills including e-learning authoring and facilitation Proficiency with LMS platforms such as Docebo, Cornerstone, or TalentLMS Data-driven approach to measuring training impact Excellent facilitation and presentation skills for in-person and virtual delivery Experience in sales training or call center onboarding is a strong plus Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, HR, or a related field Benefits Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
