Human Resources Manager

What You'll Do Manage recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations Administer benefits and HR policies Partner with managers on employee coaching, performance, and disciplinary matters Maintain employee records and ensure HR compliance Support training, performance reviews, and ongoing HR initiatives Be the go-to HR resource for employees and leadership What We’re Looking For 5+ years of HR experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, and benefits administration Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) #J-18808-Ljbffr MyStaff
