Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and personalized interviews.

• Craft individualized treatment plans based on clients’ specific challenges, preferences, and cultural backgrounds, integrating evidence-based practices from a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Deliver compassionate therapy services in individual, group, and family settings, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices to meet diverse client needs.

• Collaborate regularly with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to client care and treatment efficacy.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, applying your expertise to stabilize situations effectively and compassionately.

• Engage in community outreach and psychoeducational initiatives aimed at improving mental health literacy and reducing stigma associated with mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad spectrum of clients facing varying degrees of mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clientele is richly diverse, representing various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Your role will empower you to enhance your clinical skills and cultural competence as you navigate complex cases and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) . A Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is also acceptable.

• Possess a master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a diverse array of clients effectively.

• Demonstrate strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to maintain accurate documentation and manage caseload efficiently.
\n
• Show cultural competence and sensitivity; experience working with underserved or marginalized populations is a plus.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans for clients with a range of mental health issues.

• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or mental health education initiatives.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience.
