Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs through initial intake sessions and complete Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments.

• Formulate accurate mental health diagnoses in accordance with DSM V standards, ensuring the development of effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions including behavior modification and cognitive behavioral therapy tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Provide training and education to team members, sharing clinical knowledge and community health resources to enhance overall service delivery.

• Engage in clinical supervision of Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, ensuring high-quality patient support and treatment outcomes.

• Respond to crisis situations with agility, performing urgent assessments, delivering immediate care, and coordinating with local health services as necessary.

• Collaborate with external health professionals to create comprehensive treatment plans that address co-occurring disorders.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client progress using our electronic health record system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with mothers and families, providing supportive mental health therapy that acknowledges the impact of socioeconomic factors on mental health. You will assist clients navigating challenges related to their mental health and substance use issues within a framework of empathy and inclusiveness, promoting recovery and stability.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

• An independent mental health licensure in Oregon (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) to provide therapy services.

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate effective patient interactions and team collaborations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
