• Adhere to a structured work schedule as determined by your supervisor, effectively managing your time to meet client needs.

• Keep a valid Oregon Driver’s License and maintain CPR and First Aid certification to ensure readiness in crisis situations.

• Document and monitor client progress using our electronic medical records system while effectively communicating insights and adjustments to treatment plans.

• Attend and positively contribute to team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to improve therapeutic outcomes.

• Uphold ethical standards set by professional licensing boards and comply with our organization's policies and protocols.

• Assist clients in identifying and connecting with resources for financial or social needs relevant to their therapeutic goals.

• Contribute to other assigned duties or projects within the organization as needed.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will primarily serve youth and young adults facing a myriad of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Your therapeutic approach will incorporate evidence-based practices tailored to individual client needs, promoting resilience and empowerment. By providing a safe and supportive space, you will help clients navigate their personal experiences and develop coping strategies that foster their growth and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work (MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD) from an accredited institution is required.

• An independent license in the state of Oregon as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) is essential.

• Proven ability to motivate clients and maintain an enthusiastic approach to therapy.

• Demonstrated capacity to triage tasks effectively and delegate when necessary to ensure quality service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n
