Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality counseling services in alignment with established clinical protocols and best practices, while under the supervision of a medical director.

• Manage client caseload effectively through triaging, making pertinent referrals, maintaining communication with patients and their families, and liaising with external health agencies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to evaluate and revise treatment plans, integrating feedback and insights to optimize patient care.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, prepare treatment plans, and document patient progress while complying with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage regularly in case presentations and team meetings to discuss client progress and explore innovative strategies to meet individual and community needs.

• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the operation and mission of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. As a counselor, you will be responsible for conducting individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems and experienced with telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
