Business Development Representative

Our client is seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their growing sales team. This is an outbound sales role focused on generating new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and appointment setting. Location: Charlotte, NC 28227 Schedule : Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Opportunity Type: Direct Hire Compensation Lucrative compensation plan including base salary and uncapped earning potential! Also, room to grow within the position and upwards on the sales team to even further increase compensation/commission splits! Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to identify and engage prospective clients. Introduce the company's services and effectively communicate the value proposition. Qualify prospective clients through initial discovery conversations. Build rapport and generate interest with decision-makers and high-net-worth individuals. Schedule qualified appointments for senior sales team members to conduct in-depth sales consultations. Maintain accurate prospect information and activity within the CRM. Consistently meet or exceed outbound activity and appointment-setting goals. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities. Qualifications 2-5 years of sales, business development, or outbound prospecting experience preferred. Experience in high-volume outbound sales environments such as business services, payroll/HR solutions, door-to-door sales, solar sales, or similar industries is highly desirable. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Professional presence with the ability to confidently interact with executives and high-net-worth clients.
