divh2Territory Manager/h2pJob Category: Sales Requisition Number: TERRI001165/ppPosted: May 12, 2026/ppFull-Time/ppRemote/ppTerritory Manager - San Francisco Bay Area San Francisco, CA, USA/ph3Description/h3pCompetencies Needed/pulliAdaptability - Demonstrates flexibility in a fast-paced field sales environment; adjusts priorities and approach as territory needs evolve./liliCustomer Focus - Develops positive working relationships with providers, clinic staff, and patients; consistently delivers responsive, professional communication and support./liliLearning Agility - Quickly develops knowledge of Zynex products, clinical applications, and healthcare processes; actively seeks coaching and feedback to improve performance./liliResults Orientation - Maintains a high level of activity and follow-through to support territory growth and provider engagement./liliPersistence Resilience - Approaches challenges with a positive attitude and determination; remains proactive and solutions-oriented when encountering obstacles./li/ulpEssential Job Duties Responsibilities/pulliAssist with building relationships with physicians, physical therapists, and clinic staff within pain management, rehabilitation, and related healthcare settings./liliConduct introductory product education and demonstrations for clinic staff under the guidance of a Territory Manager or District Sales Leader./liliSupport provider offices with the completion and submission of patient orders and required documentation./liliServe as a resource to clinic staff by helping answer questions related to product usage, order submission, and next steps in the patient process./liliAssist in identifying new provider opportunities and potential referral sources within the territory./liliHelp maintain demo equipment and inventory used within clinics and provider offices./liliCollaborate with internal teams including patient support, intake, and billing to help resolve documentation or processing questions./liliMaintain accurate records of provider interactions, territory activity, and account information./liliParticipate in ride-alongs, territory planning sessions, and ongoing training to develop sales and clinical expertise./liliPerform additional duties as assigned by the District Sales Leader./li/ulpMinimum Job Qualifications/pulli12 years of B2B sales experiences strongly preferred/liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with healthcare professionals./liliDemonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new information in a professional environment./liliStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities./liliProficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business technologies./liliAbility to develop foundational product and clinical knowledge related to electrotherapy solutions./liliValid drivers license and active auto insurance./liliAbility to travel regularly within an assigned geographic region./li/ulpEducation Requirements/ppBachelors degree preferred.
