Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborating with clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their unique requirements, personal goals, and preferences.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mental health concerns effectively.

• Providing comprehensive education and support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care for clients who may require additional support.

• Staying current with research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to enhance our therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• The candidate must possess an active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
