Your Role - Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and complex laboratory tests-covering areas like chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-while adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, address discrepancies, and carry out regular maintenance and calibration on laboratory instrumentation.
• Facilitate specimen handling and prepare samples for analysis as needed.
• Thoroughly document all lab procedures, mentor new team members or students, and contribute to maintaining laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean and safe workspace and comply with regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health qualification alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certification Requirements

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of joining.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance of your certification throughout your tenure.
