Requirements What You’ll Do Clean up ops, expand margins, and install leadership cadences. Drive client success: raise MRR, eliminate unprofitable work. Own the revenue engine: build the 21 demos/week SaaS pipeline. Assume full P&L authority over time: budgets, hiring, firing, comp design. Lead finance & FP&A: weekly cash and EBITDA pulse; board-ready reporting. Build and scale the talent bench: coach killers, exit passengers. Run the operating rhythm: L10s, WBRs, scorecards—without the founder in the room. Expand remit to Karrot.ai once SG systems are locked.
