Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043 Duration: 03 Months Shift: 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Administrative Assistant duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Essential Functions:
- Handle a variety of communications through email, phone, MS Teams, and face-to-face accurately and delivered timely.
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Assist in the preparation and generation of local reports.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, mail, etc.
- Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Order supplies as needed.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Handle multiple projects.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Look for and implement ways to improve administrative processes to continuously make them more efficient and effective.
- Back-up to the Customer Service Representative.
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Any other duties assigned by Plant Manager.
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of progressive administrative experience. Proficient with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality.
