Duties
You will compose correspondence on administrative or factual matters (e.g., administrative matters, letters of acknowledgement, general office policies, acceptance of invitations, scheduling/cancellation of meetings).
You will arrange travel using an automated travel system.
You will coordinate appointment schedules (e.g., time allotted, sequence, importance) for senior management to alleviate scheduling conflicts.
