Project Manager

We’re looking for a Project Manager to lead the coordination and delivery of projects from our Columbus office. You’ll work across internal teams and external partners to establish project plans, manage timelines, track deliverables, and ensure key requirements are followed through to completion. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and timelines Establish milestones, deliverables, and project priorities Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates Lead project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions Manage project documentation, reports, and records Track budgets, resources, and project requirements Identify risks, delays, and potential issues and coordinate appropriate solutions Communicate project changes and requirements to relevant stakeholders Coordinate with external partners, vendors, and service providers when required Ensure deliverables are completed according to agreed timelines Support project closeout and post-project reviews Identify opportunities to improve project processes and efficiency Qualifications Previous project management, project coordination, operations, or related experience is preferred Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and competing priorities Strong attention to detail and follow-through Comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management software, and reporting tools Ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders If you’re looking for a role where you can take ownership of projects, work across different teams, and contribute to improving how projects are delivered, we’d like to hear from you.
