In this dynamic, full-time role (Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week), you will collaborate with educators, support staff, and other therapists to design and implement individualized plans that help students overcome functional challenges and thrive academically and socially.

Desired Qualifications:

• Current and valid OT license
• Experience in school-based occupational therapy or related fields such as home health or healthcare preferred
• Understanding of cross-categorical student needs and adaptability to serve various disabilities and age ranges
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families and school teams
• Capable of traveling between sites to provide itinerant services

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services as outlined in student IEPs
• Assess and document student needs, progress, and outcomes across diverse categories
• Develop, implement, and monitor intervention plans tailored to individual strengths and areas for growth
• Provide environmental and classroom modifications, adaptive equipment recommendations, and staff training as needed
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to school and state regulations
