Hiring and training Sushi Line staff
Inventory Management
Sushi Line staff Management
Prepare a variety of sushi rolls and other Japanese dishes according to recipes and customer preferences
Ensure the quality and presentation of sushi dishes meet the highest standards
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient and timely food preparation
Experience

Proven experience as Creativity in developing new sushi recipes and flavor combinationsa Sushi Chef or in a similar role in a restaurant or catering setting
Extensive knowledge of sushi preparation techniques, including cutting, rolling, and plating
Familiarity with different types of fish and seafood used in sushi dishes
Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in handling raw fish
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality
Excellent knife skills and ability to handle kitchen equipment safely
