Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and mental health status, employing structured tools and personalized interviews.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and underlying mental health issues, ensuring a holistic approach to care.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI).

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure integrated care and comprehensive support.

• Empower clients' family members through education and support, fostering their involvement in the recovery process to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients facing challenges related to substance abuse, which may coexist with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is essential.

• Specialized training or previous experience in addiction counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
