Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, effectively utilizing our online platform for seamless interaction.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater to the specific emotional and psychological needs of each client.

• Assess client progress regularly and modify treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote Mental Health Counselor, you will primarily work with clients who are experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. You will be instrumental in providing them with tools and coping mechanisms to achieve lasting mental well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure in New Jersey as a mental health therapist, including designations such as: \n

  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

  • Licensed Psychologist (PsyD)

• Proven experience in providing individual therapy in a clinical setting.

• Ability and comfort with technology, particularly in conducting remote therapy sessions.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and empathy skills to establish trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in telehealth therapy or virtual counseling is highly desirable.
