This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to perform your responsibilities from the comfort of your own home while adhering to a structured schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to gain insights into clients' histories and tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that focus on trauma recovery while promoting resilience among patients.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate patient healing.

• Lead both individual therapy sessions and group therapy discussions, assisting clients in processing their trauma and developing healthy coping mechanisms.

• Engage with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support during emergencies related to trauma, maintaining a calm and effective presence.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, empowering them with coping strategies and resource information.

• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of all clinical interactions, adhering to legal and ethical standards established in the mental health field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience, preferably in a trauma-focused environment.

• Thorough understanding of trauma-related disorders and proficiency in implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate disposition, with the ability to connect and communicate effectively with diverse clients.

• Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations, maintaining a clear focus on client needs.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth tools to streamline processes and enhance patient interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
