Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' needs and formulate effective, culturally sensitive treatment plans.

• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to individual client circumstances.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals and consistently monitor client progress, ensuring accountability and adaptation of treatment strategies as needed.

• Provide teletherapy sessions, demonstrating proficiency in digital therapeutic environments and addressing any technical issues that may arise during sessions.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation in accordance with ethical standards and best practices, including progress notes and treatment updates.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
