Key Responsibilities\n

As a licensed Mental Health Therapist at Valor Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions using various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Working in collaboration with case managers and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, ensuring all aspects of their treatment are effectively managed.

• Offering crisis intervention support for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, employing techniques that demonstrate empathy and understanding during critical times.

• Participating in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and reduce stigma, thereby fostering a healthier environment for all community members.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
