Your Impact
As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you'll evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans designed to improve independence, safety, and quality of life. You'll help patients strengthen their ability to perform activities of daily living, recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications, and provide education to patients and caregivers that supports long-term success at home.
