As a Security Officer Perimeter Patrol in Raleigh, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to staff, members, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and/or local responders when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require attention.
• Monitor access to the location by observing entry and exit activity, verifying credentials when required, and reporting unauthorized persons, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations.
• Support daily operations by completing routine reports, maintaining a visible presence, and following post orders designed to help protect people, property, and/or information within the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
