Pay Rate: $22/hr
Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm


A family-owned business in Apopka is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with invoicing experience who enjoys working in a supportive, family-oriented environment with opportunities for long-term growth.


The Accounts Payable Clerk will assist with invoice processing, light accounts payable duties, and general administrative support. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in Spanish and English and have strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.


Responsibilities:

• Process and enter invoices accurately
• Assist with accounts payable functions and payment processing
• Maintain organized financial records and documentation
• Communicate with vendors regarding invoices and account information
• Provide administrative support to the office team
• Assist with additional accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English required
• Previous invoicing, accounts payable, or accounting support experience
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and organizational skills
